What does this mean?

Emo Short for Emotional BUT, since everybodys emotional, becuase we all have feelings, 'EMO' is classified as a more extreme emotional, a saddened person, for whatever reason, either a. dieing for attention(most likely) b. actually sad about something that happened. cant get over it, just wants to die. yeah.
