Actually, account access is not tied to IPs. We recently moved datacenters and because of this changed IPs. Apparently, the old IPs are already in use again, since you got a 404 instead of a 'cannot find server'. Also, you can't connect to zelaron with the IP; you'll just get an Apache "It worked" page.
