You could follow the example of a goat and rub yourself against a really rough brick wall for a bit. It works...to some extent. At least you won't have any back skin left to have an itch...

If u want to get rid of the itch, jump in a shower and throw a hairdryer into it. The electricity will stop ur neurons from aggrevating a certain area which causes itching. If u are lucky enough to survive, then ull never be itchy again

Didja know, Pygmy GOats (the type I've got two of) are one of the most intelligent goat species. For example, if they find something is wrong in their living area, for example a fence with a goat-shaped hole in it, they will stand next to that hole and bleat madly until their owner comes along to fix it. If they do manage to escape, however, they will either stay just outside the stables, or trot up to the owners house and bleat madly to tell them they've escaped.
Very clever.

The rake sounds good.
Hopefully it'l still work 3 days after the initial itch.
