Doom 3/ movie

I'm sorry to tell you, but the movie is probably doing to suck more than me at a gay orgy.

Well yah. I mean, there's no HELL in this movie. Alll the monsters are because of a "virus", which FUCKING BLOWS. But I still just wanna see the first person mode, and the BFG on the big screen.

So it's Resident Evil on Mars?

Basically... yes. But with a couple unique features.

I agree... i saw the trailer a couple days ago and it was lame

First person view = less time that they have to pay the actors/less time we have to watch the rock "act".

still it was the first video game i ever played so im excited

The movie provides a wormhole. And hellspawn. According to the film's continuity (based loosely on all three games), a gene exist that indicates a person's predisposition toward good or evil. Once infected by whatever is on the other side of that wormhole, humans mutate into demonic representations of the darkness in their souls. Contrived? Sure - but it beats the hell out of a demonic invasion force that hides in closets.

The upshot is that all the demons you've known and fragged - Imps, Pinky, The Hellknight - will make their way into movies theaters this October.

Pinky demon + 1st person view + chainsaw = pure, refined, 100% awesome.
