The best drops at the moment are in the Sorrows Furnace, Grenth's Footprint areas.

After that it's around the desert and the Shiverpeaks...and the Druids places, and Kryta...more or less in that order.

That's for after the Searing though. Before the Searing then there's no telling...though I found Wizards Folly to be pretty good.
