Game Development Team (Thread 2)

Hey,um I just watched X-Play do a review of a game called Shining Tear....and it is remarkably similar to ours....o.O I am hoping this is just a coincidence...If you want to know exactly how it is similar, let me give a brief summary. The hero is found on a beach, and has lost him memory. He is taken in by a young lady, and the hero has a Ring (jewel in our game) and that is the source of his power. THIS GAME EVEN HAS OUR WOLF SCENE. Him and the girl are in a forest, when they are jumped by wolves....okay so its not exactly like ours, but its pretty damn close. If I find a direct link from either the X-Play website or the official game website, i'll edit it in. This means we have one of two options; 1.) We scrap our current story and start over, or 2.) We make our game better than Shining Tear. I prefer no. 2, but the decision is Lenny's or Wed-G's...whoever is now the lead head master guy dude person. Just thought I would bring this to everyone's attention. As for the color-coding, I don't know about yellow being comments. In the RM2K3, the comments are green, and I think we should stick to that.

im striat with green comments, yellow is kinda bright against this background... ehm our story is overly cliched i love playing rpgs and there are 7 other rpgs with the same story line just different names and different events. Its always goes the guy who cant remeber anything is swept up on a beach .... we could change it to the main character is on a ship and after the ship gets wrecked he is found floating in the ocean days later during a naval battle
