It sounds like you've got contract phones - pay a certain amount each month for it.
Pay-as-you-go is quite literally what it says on the tin. You only pay for what you do (calls, texts, WAP etc.). if you don't use your phone much then it is much cheaper than contract.
Well, you can have pay-as-you-go and contracts. I'm just wondering what company would be best for like a pay-as-you-go. I just want something so that I will be able to be contacted at anytime and be able to call people, as well as storing numbers in an address book as opposed to having a handwritten one.
Why not just get a low minute pay per month plan? I think the minutes are cheaper that way. Iunno though. My family and I are on a family share plan from cingular. The service is OK but my phone is being gay. It says I have a voice message when I don't.
