Thats not REALLY how it happened. He was fucking with my desk, and he was putting paper wads down the inside of my shirt(on the back..), and he was plucking my hair one by one. Then he put some tape on the inside of my shirt, so i just got up and.. as you put it, beat the shit out of him.

In high school shit doesn't work like that, at least not here. If you fight and it isn't in self defense, you get to spend a night in jail.

Not only that, but people don't play around in high school like they do in middle school. You're only 12 so you wouldn't know, you'll find out.

My district isnt as strict. We use the BIST module.

Its safeseat, buddy room, principle for ISS or detention assigning, or teachers can do it, then OSS.

For verbal abuse, its automatically a detention, or if its a lot of verbal, then its ISS for the rest of the period or day. If its lots of verbal, and you curse at the teachers, then you get sent to Princaple for like a day of OSS and 2 of ISS. Disrepsect goes a long way. For physical fights, it varies.

Does NOT matter who starts, it, it matters if both people 'hit'. If one person hits, and the other does nothing, its considered Assult. Parents may press charges. If its a 'fight' then no legal action will take place and you will get a certain amount of OSS.

I will be with my class of 2010 for the rest of my school years. Im pretty sure they will know me well enough to know that I dont fuck around, by then.

Yep, same here, but not the first time. First time I got in a fight in HS, the Dean was like "Now look here, next time I see you in my office, I'm calling the Cops". So I leave and do my usual business...

I've done that in HS, this kid kept fucking w/ me in Bio, Freshman year, he was kinda friends w/ my friend, but really no one liked him much. So since he thought he was kinda friends w/ my good friend, he got the right to mess w/ me like friends do you know? Wrong. I put up w/ it for about a day, of him like punching me in the back and shiz. So after Bio got out I walked out the room waiting in the hall for him to walk out. Grabbed him by the shirt and slammed him up against the wall. Yelled in his face for a bit, and scared the shit out him. Then my G/F was like OMG stop, lets go bla bla bla. So he never fucked w/ me or even talked to me again.

Yeah, fighting in serious fight is not a joke. But KA missed my point, or just completely disagrees. Fighting is fun. If people are in it for the fun. Having a serious fight is scary shit. You can die, or go to jail... real easy. And yes, in High School, shit is a lot more serious. You don't just jack someone in the face for putting tape on your back, in fact, you shouldnt do that ever. Talk things out in real problematic situations, or else you are immature.

It is not immature however to enjoy a good "sparring" (i use that term loosely) session with people that know the same thing. I don't wanna sound like I'm ripping a movie, or being some occult minded fag, but me and my friend sort of started getting people to fight like they do in Fight Club. No shoes, no shirts. No one wanted to until we said there can be rules added prefight like "No punching, neck or above". I never play with that stipulation, and I havent fought in a while.... it takes a toll on your body.... but ahhh its so fun, it's the best way to get to know someone. Yes, I realize this wasn't my idea, and that the creator of the book and movie doesn't condone doing this... but hah, fuck that guy, its fun.

My friend and I always 'spar'. We fight just to become better fighters, and to have fun. My brother and I and his friends(4 years older than me) would do no shirt or shoes fighting. It was anything goes, but testicles. I remember, this one time we were fucking around, and we all had like a pvc pipe and were beating eachother with em, and i jammed it into my brothers ribs really hard, and yell " Ahh we're in the navy!", like it was my harpoon . I was like 6 years old, though.

Anyways.

You know the mexican guys, that are really fast and good at soccer, and think they're big shit becuase they weight 95 lbs and have ripped abs? Well. Cody decided to get his friend AJ, a mexican type, to fight me, along with them. But, now its even more fun. They say that they just want AJ to fight me, so once im done with AJ, im just going to continue with the others. There will be 2 people. One is 16 with a camera to take pics, and one is 13, and hes going to help me fight the 5 of them. It will be prettyyyy great.

A real fight? Yes. It wasn't fun. I don't like fighting.
