He will not win the lawsuit. Clearly there must have been some sort of way in which he was informed before they showed the 'graphic' images. i.e. "Now, you'll have to eat these rats that have been put into a blender." He said ,"Hmm, now what will they be showing in a matter of seconds?"
Fucking retarded. The show is even called 'Fear Factor', and if he watches it he should know that they do some pretty gross and nasty things, and show 'gross' images.
I'm surprised PETA isn't all over that show. It always involves eating of something disgusting that involves slaughtering an animal for it to happen. On 'Battle for Ozzfest' the bands had to eat a bat's head off while it was live. PETA should be on them like Mantralord on a naked man in the shower.
