I got the answer awhile ago. Actually, I got it a day or two before anyone even posted here. It was in the office on a shelf. The office is where the room with the safe is. But, whatever. It's a good game and i'm glad I finally beat it totally.

The ending boss is the ultimate of all RE monsters. He even owned the final form of Nemesis.
