Could Hell Meph Drop Death Cleaver?

I was wondering if hell meph could drop a death cleaver and griffons eye? Im new to ladder :-/

i dunno, havent checked anything, and + i havent found one of those and ive done about 5k+ Meph runes this lad season(about half hell)

According to www.d2data.net , the death cleaver CAN'T be dropped by meph.

common solution.. CHANGE UR CREATE DELAYS i hear it works..

and i do belive bnet is gunna start makin joining games limited by the hour
