Oh, well that's easy. I used to work for the local ISP, Onewest.net. I did tech support, regardless of the fact that they never bothered to officially train me. That's the worst kind of job you could ever possibly have. I mean tech support anywhere is bad, but in Wyoming? I'm not kidding, I would get at least two calls every single day in which the customer would say, and I quote, "My internet is broken." You don't know misery until you've had to explain the physics of double-clicking to an elderly hispanic woman who's bad with english. I've done it, and it took me nearly two fucking hours.

im studying programming and network-stuff next year, i hope to become a good write and/or website/graphics designer.... I really need a drawing tablet, my drawing skills are good but trying to draw with your mouse isnt easy at all
