Ugh, I used to use 64 F, but that still screwed me up. Then I went to 68 F, and that still occassionally got me, now I'm chillin' at 72 F, and that keeps me plenty comfortable at night, and never bothers my throat. I'm a genius. Then I threw my AC out the window, because BCube scared me..
