Terrorists plan to "Hit us Hard"

I heard on the news the other day that we actually found 1 (one) weapon of mass destruction. Anybody else hear the same thing?

I went and took a quick gander at www.cnn.com. I didnt find anything but i only looked very quickly. What kind of weapon was it? (biological, or nuclear?)
