But it's good I can do this, since wrestling is gonna be easy. My arms are huge, my chest is huge, my shoulders are huge. I've been working out for at least 8 months. Let me tell you, it pays off, a lot!
It's was always my experience in high school that having a healthy cardiovascular system and good reflexes always helped a lot more then brute strength in wrestling. Especially since in wrestling you have weight divisions, and the chances are good that most people in your weight division will have just as much strength as you unles they're just really fat.
i'm gonna start working out..lol..at university..the gym/swimming/basketball/tennis..everything..is only $10 dollars for the whole year for students (york university, toronto canada)..so it's gonna be fun..cheap..with a lotta fit looking girls to check out too
I do every other day, i used to go everyday with no results but i went to golds gym and asked around and they said you have to rest the muscles for like 24-48 hours sot hey grow. A good way to make your muscles harder is to drink 2-3 liters of water a day........the more u drink the more toxic you pee out, the tighter the skin/muscles get. Becareful, if you drin way too much your liver will saturate and then you'll get bubbly instead of tight
dude drinking a lot of water is NEVER bad for you!! the more you drink the better, you are actually cleansing your body, its like a car.....with a car you always need water, without water you mess up the engine....and the engine as your muscles. And yes, if you work out in a certain part of ou muscles you have to make sure you at least rest that part of your muscle for a day EXEPT your stomach, with that you want to burn all of that and dont want your stomach sticking out. only time you work out your muscle everyday is when you want to burn it. if you want to stay proportional; have your biceps and chest proportional or else you will look like a cartoon
as for me i remember hitting 210 when i was 180 lbs and max i hit was 285 when i was 220! that was back in the day when i only had one job and had a g/f to workout with now my arms went from 23 inches to about 19 and lost all my chest (probably bench only 200 now :-(
hey why not have some before and after pics ??
if you want just post a pic of yourself before you work out and in a few months or years we can come back to this thread and compare?? :-)

Telll that to the families of a small selection of people who managed to drink so much water it killed them.

That is probably water that was NOT cleaned! i'm talking about if you drink clean water ex. arrowhead water, you CANNOT die, If so it would of said in the lable "do not drink more than a gallon or you will die"
It is possible to die from drinking to much water,
If your intake is too fast and too much over a short period of time, your body is unable to exspell the excess, water is sucked your brain cells under osmotic pressure, causing them to swell. This increases pressure on the brain stem, resulting in coma and deathyour brain swells.
well of coase if you try to drink a gallon of water in ONE minute, i'm talking about drinking water slowly.....anyone who TRYS to drink that much water in ONE minute should die anyway O_o
