Yeah sure... they make them... but how much money they make depends on how many they SELL.
If they were serious at all about their business and wanted to make money they would have included room in their operating budget to have a proper webpage designed with a bit more information available.
Unless of course they're like http://www.hintonwebdesign.com and think they're so wonderful that they can sell anything regardless of how crappy their website is.
