Games are tough.. I still can't find free ones.
www.mbuzzy.com has some backgrounds applications and ringtones.
www.3gupload.com (right click+save as- and use Sprintusers.com to send it to the phone  )
www.sprintusers.com has a uploader
Plus you can make your own also.
