Can u avoid getting hacked?

ive been hacked, and both times i knew it was happening. the stupid retard didnt change the pw 1st and was browsing my acct. so i changed the pw so at least he couldnt start muling away, but he did get a lot of stuff. anyways, make passwords like your social security #, old phonenumber, and lotsa other hard to know pws
