Does the durability on fleshrender boots go down?

I was about to buy some, and they had 3 durability left, and the guy said the durability doesnt go down because its "bugged". I didnt believe him though...so does the durability actually go down on them?

Unless they sat "Indestructable" then the durability can go down.
