Actually Hawking strongly disagrees with the parallel universe theory and even wrote a paper challenging it, if you want to find someone who Agrees in this you should point you finger towards Kip Thorne but even he is very speculative...
Also anyone who goes into a black hole has there molecules ripped apart Atom by atom so if you do make it too another universe through there you are going to be too small to even be seen through a Microscope. But Wormholes now there is a whole other story
