I'm an artist i can tell ya. It's not quite cel shading, its inbetween 'toon' (western) and cel (asian) shading. They'd have to do more then just alter coloring and use simple filters to get a cel look. Cel shading is always seen with lines. The color on the new zelda work like cels, but eveything else works more of a western style - or that is, western styles tend to be more freebound and less restricted. It's interesting enough, I'll play it. I'm just a little considered with how *stubby* his legs are... Oo; Overall the cel look is definately a step in the right direction. Its alot harder to pull off a real cel look in a game then fancy high quality graphics like most of the upcoming games.
What I've learned from living in this country : America is a bad word, so is Religion.
