It's a line from an old vieo game called "Zero Wing." The translation was just abominable. The exact line is "all your base are belong to us."

Then, a few years ago, one bright individual took the intro cinematic and made a music video out of it. It was amusing the first few times I saw it, and then it just got stupid.
