Is that don't fix it, just retry. It took me three tries of installing to actually get it to work. First time, I got that error. Then it just froze up on me. Finally it went through. Just put terrain.pak and terrain.dat in root C: drive (Might wanna reboot before you install) then Install and remove those files and you're good to go... except the 50somethingMB patches hehe.
