I have lots of time on my hands, and I will most certainly be able to do it.

i think it would be beneficial to drop some of the less used forums, and add a "chat" forum

my advice would be to condense all the consoles (PS2 XBOX GC) into "console gaming" and then maybe have "pc gaming" and "Pc hacks" ( )

Umm we need miscellanous forums, a humor forum and me as a moderator (and sum penguins as are mascot)

yup, you could condense most of these, and then try out forums like "humor" "chat" etc...
