Whole wheat bread and 100% whole grain products
Vegetables
Fresh Fruit
Low fat & non fat dairy products (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc)
Chicken or turkey breast
Egg whites (or “egg beaters”)
Lean red meat (top round, extra lean sirloin)
Fish and shellfish
