No, the rule is not NO NUDITY for sigs/avatars, it's no indecency. You can post indecency(borderline nudity) in posts, as long as it isn't nudity, but you can't put it in a sig or avatar, because people cannot turn that off, and they cannot avoid it.

Avoid, block same thing. What i'm saying is the people that do get PMS about it don't have me blocked anyways, so wouldn't it essentially be ineffective as rule/feature?

This isn't about what's in posts. Obviously, this is fine as a post, because you're not banned. The rules for avatars and sigs are different from the rules for posts.
