Here's mine. I purposely nominated my 2nd favorite games for a couple of spots because I know someone else will get the first.

4) Super Punchout
5) Counter-Strike
6) UO
7) Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles

11) Super Metroid
12) Gran Turismo 2

Well, Secret of Evermore doesn't hold up to Secret of Mana. It's a good game, but it's just not as fun. The music's not as good. The storyline isn't quite as involved.

I would have rather put Chrono Trigger or FF6, but I assumed they would be nominated in their own due time.

Speaking of which, we have 6 sets of nominations. I'll make the polls tonight when I get off work (or while I'm at work if it's really fucking boring) if we get a couple/few more sets of nominations.

Either way, you put Secret of Mana twice, when Secret of Evermore is obviously superior.

...I just explained how Secret of Evermore wasn't quite up to par with Secret of Mana.

Exactly. If you consider WHEN the games were made, Secret of Mana might be better, because it's much older than Secret of Evermore, but if you're just thinking about which game is better, Secret of Evermore wins. Secret of Mana has so much repeatativeness in it, I remember fighting the same bosses over and over, and all that was different was their color.

Secret of Evermore has an amazing story, amazing characters, an amazing world, and amazing music. Not to mention amazing humor. This is humor unlike EARTHBOUND, that horrible game that people seem to love for some reason. This humor is actual humor.

So, clearly, Secret of Evermore wins.

Hey now, that was a low blow. At least EarthBound doesn't star a purple poodle.
