I think she's sincere. Even so... I don't think that shinto counts as atheism. And while there's nothing biblically incorrect about God using great calamity to wake people up, I don't think that that's what we should be praying for, nor should we be so excited about the devastation.

While she wouldn't disclose specifics about her name or age, she said she is a working college student in her mid-20s. Her interests include videogaming, particularly Shadow of the Colossus, playing the piano and reading about European history. She got into trolling after reading the website "The Best Page in the Universe" in high school, a humor site run by long-time troll Maddox.

I'm glad she's admitting to it. Now maybe she'll make some more troll videos. That'd be awesome.

But if she's admitted to it, that's all you'll see in the comment section of her videos. It'd be a LITERAL waste of time.

The kid doesn't know what he is talking about. Maddox is a self-admitted troll. The Amazing Atheist is a self-admitted troll. They are both pretty fucking successful by troll standards.

I think it is more that people would just rather assume they really mean what they say rather than consider the fact that they are joking. People like being upset.

I mean, if The Amazing Atheist ended every video with a short clip explaining that he's mostly trolling, yeah, that would probably hurt his success. But unless you are seeking that information, it isn't readily available, and most people will just jump to the conclusion that he believes everything he says.

Did you watch his latest video? He was on a fucking rampage rant, I posted it in the other thread. I loved it.

Not yet imma wait until I'm home. No headphones are allowed in my lab for safety reasons so people can hear shit I'm watching or listening to. I generally avoid things like that, especially since at least 1/4 of the people I work with are mormons.
