"Debug" mode...?

This may or may not be a part of the faq, I read it, but I don't think I saw anything on this... if it is, then everyone have full permission to flame me. I heard some things about this "Debug" mode, not sure though. It might just be the test play, but they say there's 2 buttons you push and it activates it... Anyone have any clues?
