titus k goto ur start menu > programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Voice Recorder. Take ur mic to your mouth and on the voice recorder hit the red circle. start talking... when ur done talking hit the Black Square. Go up to File > Save or Save As > Save onto your desktop. Go back to zelaron, click on Post Reply > post something > scroll down to attatch file > (u might have to zip ur sound file) upload it. Done.
