Well, I'm not one to criticize appearance, but DFD, there is no way you can bench nearly what you say you do.

There is a way, because it is so. I have a friend that looks smaller than me, but could bench press a lot more than I can. I dunno, it's weird.
I also know a girl who is chubby but can run 4-5 miles nonstop at top speed, each mile in under 7 1/2 minutes.
Perhaps it's best if you don't judge by appearances afterall... ?

By the way, for those out there who may think such a thing, this wasn't a flame so this was relatively on-topic.

Well, even I can admit that some spectacular things happen from unexpected things. Maybe you should not try to put up so much weight, and try to do a shit load of lighter weights, you will get a lot more cut.

I'm on a daily running and low weight/ high rep workout cycle, and it is really making a big difference. Just a suggestion though.

Well, the theme was cruise, and we thought it was gay. So, myself and a friend went casual. Besides, I had to go to Silver's prom as well... $$$$$$$
