Then I realized, damn, I should be smarter about this and try to conserve money, so I'll try this:
Instead of smoking only half then trashing it, I'll smoke the whole ciggarette, but only smoke half as much as I was.
That way, I'm still smoking as much I was previously, but this time more at a time, but less amounts of time (thats the part that is hard to word, I hope that is better).
So, basically I cut back to half my ciggarette intake, but didn't do it out of no where, I had that period where I was technically cutting back, but still smoking as often as before.
I did that process a few more times over the course of about a year to get to where I'm presently at now.

ok i know what your sayin now, im doing the same method presently and it is working good, the only times in which i heavily smoke is at school, wehn i chill with friends and just hang out, and when i drink... so thats basically all the time, so what ima try now is... not even smoke at school, well at least my cigarettes, ill just ask for "kills" i duno if your fimiliar with the term but whenever i call kills on a smoke, people usually leave a little amount of the smoke left for you, so ill just do that, because i think partially smoking is mental the fact that you THINK you need 1, so if u just have a bit then leave and got somethin to do, it will get off your mind... btw thanks for explaining your proccess as it has helped me into discovering other ways of reducing and figuring out other possibilities...
