I would have been there, as I DO have a car. It wouldn't have been for Star Wars, though, I hate those movies. I would have been there buying a new CD deck for my car....CD deck > Star Wars.

I like star wars. Great films. One of Lucas's best lot. Though the Indiana Jones's are great. Lucas and Speilberg together, yes? Great combo. I'm surprised there were only three. Granted, it was a trilogy. Anyway, Star Wars is great. Can't wait for number 3.

Same here, but i feel as if the 2 new films are almost too flashy and fast paced. They do not seem to have the same corn gold feeling that the 3 original ones do.

The newest 2 are made with modern technology, with which they can do everything. The old films were made with old technology with which you could basically do sod all. If they want people to really like the whole series, then either they remake 1,2 and when it comes out 3, with the old technology, to get the classical feel, or remake 4,5, and 6 with new technology to make everything the same-ish.

yeah i know but im not really talking about the technology part, i dun think the acting is very good in the new ones.

Ah right. Fair enough. OK then, remake my last post............dum dum dum dum dum ding. With all the new technology out there, could they not just computerise the characters so they actually look real (like in the Final Fantasy game movie scenes, or the actual film) or create artificial characters (robots) to act instead??
