Well I can't really explain without knowing his run down. But in my mind I see 3/4 of all builds being able to kill or defend a psn necro.

I forget what the posion nova damage was because I wasn't going for best build, just max damage. And since psn exp isn't viable for pvp, you'd have to check it, but here's the build.

But come on, if I wanted to make that viable, I'd just switch the bramble for enigma, and bone wall/iron maiden/teleport/poison nova. What would a barb do?

Oh just an added note, my barb was purely PVM, but still did pretty damn good in PVP.
