I concur. Chappelle is actually funny and is original. Mencia just steals jokes or comes up with rather bland and unfunny material (though his interview with the elderly was funny).
Dave Chappelle is superior to Mencia, but I don't see how you can say he's original. Ever heard of Richard Pryor?
Mitch Heddburg was the greatest comedian ever. But I probably spelled his name wrong.
