Hydra/blizzard sorc

Here is what I have so far, 20 to blizz, cold mastery, glacial spike, hydra, fire mastery. Then 2 to warmth, all the pre-rec and 1 to tele and teleknis.
I chose to do glacial cause it gave 5% to bliz instead of adding 3 to hyra. Anyone know about the attributes, I had str 95, dex 140?, vit 150, and mana 200. I am prolly going to add more to vit instead of dex I don't think it should be that high, anyone have an idea. Also what gear?
