I was wondering were i should put his points and if someone has any good ideas for items, thanks.

For skills, max tornado, twister, hurricane, and cyclone armor.

ITEMS:
Helm: Ravenlore
Amor: Enigma; Chains of Honor
Belt: Arachnid Mesh
Boots: War Travelers
Gloves: Dracul's Grasp
Wep 1: Earth Shifter
Wep 2: Um'd SS and Stormlash
Rings: 2x Soj
Ammy: Mara's Kaleidescope

Sort of expensive, but that gives a lot of plus skills and resis/defense.

Do you know if i get more damage if i max hurricane first and then the synergies or if it adds it all together, I know to get the most damage for a Hammerdin you have max BH first then you max the synergies.

okay so does anyone have any ideas for the points

str.:you need for items (with enigma you get a lot of str)
dex:you need for max block (with all +des on your items)
vita:all point you donm´t need
en:nothing

Are you sure that i wont need any more mana points since some of my damage will come from tornado and twister?

MOST of your damage will come from there, you may need like 20-30 points there, but really on SOJS and other stuff to get you by.
