What is the perfect mf?

I have 568 mf and i find close to nothing most of the time..every once in a while ill find shako or sumthin, but the good drops are never common. ive heard some rumors that 300-350 mf is perfect for finding alot of stuff anyone think this is true? (or know it for a fact?)

Mf it gives like 10% of the item chances of getting dropped. 90% of it is luck! 350 mf would be good though. For some reason all the luck is in that mf area :-).
