If they aren't going to at least try and fix it, then they might as well stop then and there! I was once extremely Obese, until I went on Atkins diet. It screwed with my heart (too much meat), but I definately lost alot of weight. It's been a good 4 years, and now I've got some pretty great stamina. At least 4 hour work out every sunday.

Putting that aside, I knew a girl who was raped too. She still blames herself....
We had to write an essay about or life, one event for each year, and, I think it was on year eight, she started freaking out and crying a whole lot... she was quiet for a few days, too...
