K_A, keep in mind that she was cited for DUI in addition to the Coke in the car. If she gets less than a year for that, it would be as big a joke as the Paris Hilton case.
So she has substance abuse problems. Rehab hasn't helped any. Put her in jail for 6 months and stick her in rehab again after that. Get her counciling or whatever she needs.

Putting someone away in prison for drugs just makes them worse. They come out doing way worse things than they were beforehand.
