If we are at 0.9, it should be nice.. but now. I don't think it worth much, I would take a exile over it any day for melee class.. and for caster such as hammerin, they don't need the canot be froze, mmm maybe only maybe V/T would use it, but I am not a good pvp builder, ask shadow or the Eud guy.
