Slaynish, I honestly wouldn't have a problem paying you if you had won. The thing is, I am sworn by Bushido to keep my word. Also, I don't care if he forfeits, he doesn't owe me money. But since he did forfeit, I would like to see this part of the bet kept: no spamming AT ALL. Even in WRT.
