The problem would lie in whether or not there IS a script available to call things from over the internet (even if it has to be from a specific IP). Actually, it'd probably have to be more like "Send [xxxx:BlahVariable] to [IP:127.0.0.1], Wait for confirmation".

Edit: 
Actually, now that I look more at it, it looks more similar to C++ or JAVA than BASIC, which I originally thought it was going to be.
