heres a BASIC guide line for stats and skills:
str- enough for your heaviesat piece of equipment
dex- enough for max block (most ppl use ss/sanc)
vit- everything else

skills:
prereqs- 7
1- burst of speed
1- dragon flight
1- mind blast (optional to max this last after traps)
max- shock web, charged bolt sentry, lighting sentry, death sentry

shadow master is optional with the above depending on your experience and how good you can anticipate others, other than that TRAPPERS REQUIRE MINIMAL SKILL TO USE, this is a total of 90 skills - 12(from all skill pt quests) = lvl 78 would be the earliest to start dueling
