But Mephisto probably will overall drop some of the best items in the game. You shold kill Thresher in act5 because he can drop any item (as sold doofus has told me ) Or try some pit runs, countess runs, or andy runs. You could even try pindle, ... You need to do meph runs for about 30 minutes straight (about 15 total) before you'll find anything decent.
