~45% of monsters in Pit are Cold Immune, ~45% are Fire Immune, and the rest are Lightning Immune.

You could go with Nova, but the damage on it would be kind of low. You could go Chain Lightning with partial synergies, Fireball with partial synergies, or even Firewall.
