Its like there's four types of loot: 100, 200-400, 700-1000; and all those loots range from the easiest to hardest monsters in the game, subtracting boss-monsters. It makes it almost pointless to kill something like an Ancient Wyrm when you get the same amount of gold that you would get from a Blood Elemental; which is 800-1000.
