Heh if you are Downtown or anywhere were there are a lot of bums and they try to fight/jump you take out your keys, put the keychain ring like an actual ring on your finger so that the key(s) is inside your hand (facing to the palm) then put your knuckes together so that the key wont move and go bitchslap those fools.
