If both of you clicklock each other and you have 4fpa weapon, nevermind about Cham rune. 40/15max the SS.

Try and get some charms until you have 125% FHR, if you are going the 3 frame recovery, if not, 48% is enough. (I guess..)

enough dex to max block at your level,
enough str to equip,
rest stats point into Vita.

Use HoW vs Pally (vs most melee, actually)

Watch out for the Charge, though.
