I think your sorc is alright.
If you want her to do MF you should get Occy Orb/Gull/Dual Ist AliBaba and a Rhyme shield/4 Ist Shield or something~ A shield would help...(hehe...it blocks the ice orb meph throws at me...once in a while since I have no dex~)
Otherwise I think you're good to go~ follow Valmar's Advise.
